M51 Site Progress March 2026

Construction progress at M51 Avenue continued advancing steadily throughout March 2026, with significant visible developments taking place at both the show unit area and the main development site.

The latest progress photos show major structural works actively underway, including reinforced concrete framework construction, column formwork installation, slab concreting, and ongoing site infrastructure preparation.

One of the key highlights in March 2026 is the rapid progress of the show unit structure, which has now advanced into upper structural framework stages. Concrete columns, beams, staircases, and temporary scaffolding systems can be clearly seen as the building structure begins taking shape above ground level.

At the same time, large-scale slab concreting and foundation works continue across other sections of the development site. Heavy machinery, crane operations, and concrete pouring activities remain active as groundwork and structural preparation works progress simultaneously.
